Parking

There is free 2 hour parking on Broadway right before Powder House Square rotary as well as on the Ball Square Bridge. There is also metered parking on Bristol Road in front of the studio.

Late Arrivals

We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals.  If you know that you are going to be late, we kindly ask that you call ahead so that we can better assess the situation.

Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours is required for all cancellations. Cancellations cannot be made online. They must be made by speaking with a receptionist or by leaving a message on the salon voicemail.

Payment for Services & Products

Mastercard, Visa and cash are accepted. Tips cannot be added to cards.

Cell Phone Usage

The studio is a relaxing environment. Please respect other salon clients by silencing your cell phone.

Children

For the safety and comfort of everyone, we discourage bringing children under the age of 12.
